I'm Michelle Ricci, Co-Founder of the Inner Wellness Clinic, a Holistic Wellness and Trauma Recovery Pathway Practitioner, Heartmath Coherence Practitioner, and a Yoga Therapist. With a board certification in clinical detox and expertise in LYME, mold, pharmaceutical and vaccine injuries, complex and chronic diagnosis, and gut rehabilitation, my goal is to help individuals achieve their full potential and live a meaningful life.
I take a holistic approach, considering your mind, body, heart, and spirit. Through nutrition therapies, epigenetics, and neuroplasticity, we ensure a comprehensive, whole-person approach.
Proudly serving as a council member for the Million Mom Movement, our focus is raising awareness about everyday toxins, including glyphosate and pesticides in food. We educate families, empowering them to understand and reduce exposure for a healthier, safer environment.
My personal journey, overcoming severe toxin poisoning and chronic disorders, fuels my commitment to supporting others in understanding toxins' impact on health.
Together, we optimize detox capacity and enhance well-being. Let's embark on a transformative journey towards vibrant health and renewed purpose.
Your voice is heard, and your experience is always valid. The most profound healing experiences harmonize the mind, body, and spirit, igniting your inner light. My journey into podiatry began after a personal traumatic foot injury during my undergraduate studies in integrative physiology. I completed a rigorous three-year surgical residency in Michigan and conducted pioneering research in amputation prevention and diabetic complications.
In my free time, I cherish moments with my family, engage in community volunteering, travel, and enjoy cooking. I hold board certification from the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Since 2019, my expanding expertise in functional nutrition and podiatric medicine has focused on anti-inflammation pathways and preventative medicine. I'm committed to your holistic well-being and self-discovery.
Over my lifetime I have dealt with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, severe eczema, asthma, and self judgement around carrying excess weight. In 2022, I also tore my ACL and meniscus in a snowboarding injury and had reconstructive surgery on it.
The use of superfood therapy has reduced noticeable inflammation in my knee, increased flexibility, created glowing skin, and uplifted my energy and mood in ways incomparable to anything else I have done throughout my health journey… and that’s only the beginning! Today I am passionate about sharing the gift and experience of using food as medicine with all who I meet.
